Shipping, tracking and arrival
Orders are dispatched from the United States with tracking on every shipment.
Dispatch window
Orders are prepared for dispatch on business days; orders placed over a weekend are processed the next business day. We publish the tracking number rather than a promised transit time.
Tracking
A tracking number is issued when the label is created. Movement may not appear in the carrier system until the parcel is scanned at the first facility.
Packaging
Lyophilized material ships in protective packaging. Powder is stable in transit at ambient temperature and does not require cold-chain shipping.
Free shipping
Shipping is free on orders over $200, with tracking.
Damaged arrivals
If a vial arrives broken or a seal is compromised, photograph it before disposal and contact us. Replacement is arranged against the photograph.
Wrong or missing items
Contact us with your order number. Fulfillment errors are corrected at our cost.
