What we collect

When you place an order we collect the information needed to fulfill it: name, email address, shipping address and order contents. When you contact us we retain that correspondence so we can answer follow-up questions about the same order or lot.

Payment information

Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our systems. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last four digits for reconciliation — nothing more.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, to answer support enquiries, and to meet record-keeping obligations. If you opt in to new-lot alerts we use your email address for that and nothing else. Every message includes an unsubscribe link.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except those strictly required to fulfill an order — the payment processor and the shipping carrier.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Email hello@routinepeptides.com and we will respond.
