Refunds and returns
What we cover, what we replace, and what we cannot take back.
Damaged in transit
If a vial arrives broken or its seal is compromised, photograph it before disposal and contact us within 7 days. We replace it or refund it — your choice.
Fulfillment errors
Wrong compound, wrong size or a missing item is corrected at our cost, including return shipping where a return is needed.
Material off-spec
If a lot does not match its Certificate of Analysis, we make it right. Send us the lot number and we will investigate against the laboratory record.
Unopened vials
Unopened, unused vials in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Opened vials
Opened vials cannot be returned. Once a seal is broken the lot record no longer describes what is in the vial, which is the whole basis on which we sell it.
How to start
Email hello@routinepeptides.com with your order number and, where relevant, a photograph of the vial.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on the issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days of the refund being processed.
